操作使用电子万能试验机有一定环境要求：保持测试环境整洁、干燥，附带各夹具抗氧化性能良好；试验机正常工作的环境温度是10～35℃，相对湿度不大于80％。 在此环境下具体操作机器时有一定规程，我们简单分享一下。

首先，准备工作

1.试验机进行可靠接地，地线接在试验机的后部螺栓上。

2.检查试验传感器是否满足试验要求，是否需要更换传感器，避免被试品测试力过大损坏传

然后，正式操作

1. 按顺序打开试验机----电脑----打印机的电源开关（预热15分钟）。

2.待测试品放置试验台面，调节试验机升降按钮确保与测试面对准，并对试品做好装夹。

3. 电脑打开软件SANS-POWER TEST进入主界面；点击试验部分，进入编辑试验方案界面。

4.编辑试验方案时，设置各试验参数例如：测试项目，测试力值，限位值等；对软件中原有试验方案可直接使用，对新试验方案需重新进行编辑和添加；保存退出。

5.返回主界面后将“实时力值”，“位移”，“变形”，“峰值力值”进行清零。

6.点击右向三角按钮开始试验。

7.当“实时力值”开始下降且“实时力值”明显低于“峰值力值”时，可以点击方框按钮停止试验，或利用试验机自动返车（此项功能需在试验方案中进行参数设置），记录“峰值力值”比对标准做出试验结果判定。
