(1)关掉油泵电机，旋出油泵上面的MS丝堵，排出泵内的空气(和少量油一起流出)，排净空气后旋回丝堵：启动油泵反复升降活塞将油缸、油管内的空气排净。(2)将冷弯支座向两边等距拉开，以移动横梁升降时不碰到为准

(3)在台板上安装球面下压板，升降移动横梁使上下压板相距约20mm

(4)启动油泵，关闭回油阀开启送油阀使台板上升，缓慢加大压力

(4) start the pump, close the valve to open the oil valve plate slow to rise, increasingpressure

(5) 检查各油管接头有无漏油(6)如有漏油，卸力后拧紧油处接头
